  1. Use of Device Camera
    We request access to your device’s camera to allow you to take and upload photos of documents directly within the App.

Why We Need Camera Access

  • To enable the capture of medical certificates or other supporting documents for leave applications.
  • To streamline the leave submission process by allowing real-time photo uploads.

How Camera Data Is Used

  • Images taken via the camera are used only to support your leave application.
  • These images are uploaded securely to our servers and are accessible only by authorized personnel for review and processing.
  • The App does not store or access any media from your device’s gallery unless you explicitly choose to upload it.
  • The camera is activated only when you choose to take a photo within the App.

Your Control
You may decline to grant camera access. However, this may limit certain features, such as submitting photographic evidence for leave.
